The probationary salary is up to 100% of the official salary
13 month salary per year
100% Tet bonus + incentive (based on job performance evaluation)

Bonuses such as: Long-term commitment bonus for employees who have been with the company for 3 years or more (VND 15 million + 2 months of basic salary)
